2009 Registration Timeline

January 28th - Rising 9th grade parent night for CTE information.

February 25^th – AP night

Month of March – Students will be receiving their course books and registration forms. These forms have places that require parent signatures and occasionally teacher initials.

3/2/09 -3/6/09 : Registration info distributed to Middle Schools

Week of 3/16 : Registration info distributed to rising 10th & 12th graders in English class

3/20/09 : Registration info distributed to rising 11th graders in Monthly Meeting

Week of 3/23 : Registration forms picked up from English classes.

March 4^th, 2009 – CHHS registration night at Hanes Auditorium (details to follow)

March 23^rd – Registration session for parents – counselors available for appointments

Month of April – Student registration forms are entered into our scheduling database by guidance counselors. It is not too late to turn in a form at this time!

Early/Mid May – Students will receive a course request verification. This is simply a chance for students and parents to review what courses have been requested. This IS NOT your schedule, nor is it a guarantee that you will receive these courses. Rather, it is an opportunity to make sure information was entered correctly and a convenient time to make a course request changes.

The anticipated date of finalized schedules is still to be determined.
